Cancellation and Refund

Order Cancellation :                 
 

To cancel an order, simply whatsapp us at +91-6307973659 along with your order number. Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non- refundable once the order is dispatched. You can request your order cancellation through the link: support@littlecrafter.co.in. There is no order cancellation policy for customized orders.

1. Refund Eligibility :          
 

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Refund Process :         
 

1.  To initiate a refund, customers must contact at whatsapp +91-6307973659. Provide a step-by-step guide on how customers can request a refund, including any required information or documentation. Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which Little Crafter receives returned goods. Through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which it was paid.

2. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount

3. Inspection and Approval :         
 

Once a refund request is received, we will inspect the item and notify the customer of the approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

4. Shipping Costs :         
 

1. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified. 

2. The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.
