Return Policy

RETURN POLICY   

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE :

1. In case of Bangles, the fixed sets can be exchanged if there are sizing issues, For customized sets there is no return or exchange policy.

2. The products should be unused in any cases.

3. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place.

4. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 2-3 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.

6. The product should be sent back in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.

7. Jewelry such as Earings, Necklaces,Ring, etc… can not be returned or exchanged until it get damaged while shipping and also opening video is compulsory for that.

8. Shipping charges are non refundable.

9.If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at support@littlecrafter.co.in with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide refund amount of the product.

10. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.

11. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.
